Gavin is a Consultant Orthodontist working for EKHUFT; he provides specialist orthodontic treatment for a variety of complex and high priority patients and is involved in teaching, training and research, and frequently provides advice for dental colleagues and specialist orthodontists.

He examines for the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and is actively involved in local clinical networks.
In addition to his NHS Consultant role Gavin works in specialist private practices in Kent and London.

Laura is a GDP working in private practice in Whitstable, and clinical lead for a small NHS group of practices where she is also a PLVE mentor.
She represents Eastern and Coastal Kent on Kent local dental committee and sits on the routine dentistry managed clinical network.

Mike is a recently retired GDP who qualified BDS at the then London Hospital Medical College.
He has a wide range of experience working in general dental practice as an associate and practice owner and in private, NHS, community, charitable and voluntary settings.

Until retiring from clinical practice Mike was for many years a member of Kent Local Dental Committee and is Chair of the Canterbury & East Kent Section of the British Dental Association.
Mike has always been a strong advocate for advancing post graduate dental education in Kent.
